This piece and the "Winning hand" are drawings that were done from photographs taken during the Sitka Sound Sac Roe Herring Fishery. Except for the tender in "freedom", all other boats are seiners.

- i was born in SE Alaska in 1979 and have lived here all my life. I've been an artist as long as a can remember. My main occupation is an outboard mechanic, but I also volunteer as an EMT and SAR member, along with this, I am a pyrotechnic operator which I throughly enjoy doing! I am a very strong supporter of the 2nd amendment and pretty much a gun nut. I love spending time in the wilderness hunting, fishing and camping.
