Since the Photos have been shrunk down, here's an sample of what the pieces look like close up. This is from "Verstovia".

"Harbor Mt."

This piece was drawn from a photograph I took while near the top of Harbor Mt. right after a winter snow storm. It took the most time to draw of any I have done yet and Its one of my favorites. I hope you also enjoy this piece.

"Holley And Alex"

Yes, I sometimes draw people too...

"Rocky B"

A drawing of a longliner I did on commission.

"Ruthie J"

Another troller.

"Dixie II"

A commission piece I did for a friend.

"Rich Out Fishing"

A piece I did for a friend. I took the picture while we were fishing nearby him.

"Bird On Pole"

A simple one I like.

"Verstovia"

This mountain is right behind town. Its a great place to hike up. Its where my profile photo was taken.

"Troller"

This piece was the first original I sold. It helped inspire me to do more work.

"Jerilyn"

A drawing of another seiner.

"The Big Yawn"

"Freedom"

This piece and the "Winning hand" are drawings that were done from photographs taken during the Sitka Sound Sac Roe Herring Fishery. Except for the tender in "freedom", all other boats are seiners.

"Winning Hand"

Artwork from Southeast Alaska.

Here is a small collection of pieces I have done. I began drawing at 3 years old. In 10th grade my teacher introduced me to pen&ink using a technical pen and the style I then began using is called stippling. Stippling is using fine dots to create the drawing. When drawing boats, I use a mixture of lines and stippling to create the piece.

The first piece I did that I sold was of the "Winning Hand", a drawing of boats. Since then, I have done more boat drawing and also have progressed into some scenery drawings. I work either on commission or inspiration.

I hope you enjoy the pieces I have posted here. For more information you can email me at sitkashooter@gmail.com , Thanks
